For example, I was reading an old Green Arrow comic last night, and some Russian agent told GA that some kind of deadly bio-weapon had crashlanded off the coast of Washington state, and that he had to go and quietly pick it up or there'd ba a war between the Russians, the Chinese and the Americans. GA complained for a while and then decided to go and search for the canister containing the weapon. The whole time I was reading that I was thinking to myself, "Why the hell don't you just call in Supes, GA?!? The guy'll find the canister before anybody, plus he'd be able to dispose of it without it injuring anybody!"

Nope, I never have... Which is kind of sad considering the fact that I lived in Queens for like 20+ years, and it would have only taken a quick subway ride into Manhattan... Then again, unless you're a tourist or you have to work there, most New Yorkers try to avoid going into Manhattan... It's hard to explain just how fast-paced and crazy Manhattan is. I'd absolutely LOVE to go to one of those comic cons someday though...x-man75https://www.blogger.com/profile/10292719455945603075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4006976666899639596.post-7363161154508943942010-02-16T02:26:32.283-05:002010-02-16T02:26:32.283-05:00I'd love that, Super tense serious scene and h...I'd love that, Super tense serious scene and he's just like "Do you know where I could find Superman? That means I can pretty much do whatever I want and squash anybody dumb enough to get in my way!

I don't think Booster has/had a catchphrase... But I could be wrong. Maybe he had something back in the 80's, but my knowledge of the 1980's DCU is still a little bit spotty. I don't know, using a random quote could become a pain after a while. You'd have to be constantly digging through your old books in order to find something worth posting. That's why I just ripped the Legion cry, because #1, it's easy to remember, and #2, it means something to me. How about closing by saying something wrestling oriented like, "And that's the bottom line."?x-man75https://www.blogger.com/profile/10292719455945603075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4006976666899639596.post-2523135041901310062010-02-09T02:06:26.530-05:002010-02-09T02:06:26.530-05:00Lol I guess that makes me HBK and you're Tripl...Lol I guess that makes me HBK and you're Triple H. ;-)

Lol @ Until next time, Up, Up and Away. I picked the Legion cry because I was still pretty pissed about the fact the the Legion of Super-Heroes comic series was cancelled, and that cry was kind of my way of remembering my poor departed Legion. Then it actually caught on with others, go figure! If not the Legion cry, there are tons of other random comic cries you could pick. "Up, up and Away!", "Titans Together", Avengers Assemble", any random cry would work, although I kind of like the first one...
