This page had me literally laughing out loud... Especially those last two panels.

She-Hulk vs. Hawkeye

Well, maybe it didn't look that good for ol' Hawkeye in this scene, but in the end Hawkeye proved to be victorious against She-Hulk. How? I don't remember right now, but trust me, Hawkeye did win!
