This was from one of the recent issues of Gotham City Sirens... I'm pretty sure it came from Sirens #23... But I'm not 100% positive. I'll get back to you later after I find the issue in question.
Yep, I just checked and that scan came from Gotham City Sirens #23, and had Harley Quinn trying to help Joker break out of Arkham Asylum. Hope that helps!
