The awesomeness that is Green Arrow #4(July 2001)

The set-up here is that Green Arrow has been dead for a few years, and suddenly he shows up in Star City with no memories of anything that had happened for the last 10 years of his life, including his death. Aquaman finds him in Star City and takes him to see a shocked Justice League. Enjoy, I know I did!Absolutely hilarious!
