Huh, that's funny, because this is one of the VERY few Flash comics I have between issues #150-200. For some reason my Flash collection is severely lacking around that time period.
No, I don't have that issue... After reading what you had to say about it though, I'll be going right to my online comic shop and adding that issue to my shopping cart!
Off the top of my head I can remember the Heatwave one, but I don't think I have the Piper one either... It looks like I'm going to be spending a lot of money on Flash comics this coming week!
