Underworld Unleashed #2(Dec. 1995)

So what do we think, is Jason Todd more devastating to Batman dead or alive?

  1. So what did he want Bruce to give up to bring Jason back? I know there was a catch.

  2. Hmm, well you do know that Neron is the devil in the DCU, right? Well, if you didn't before, you do now! And since Neron is the devil, take a wild guess at what he wanted from Bats in return for Jason's life. I'll give you a guess, it's a 4 letter word that begins with an "s" and ends with an "l"!

  3. He wanted a Sail? I'd assume to put on his boat because that dude on the river styx must be very slow. Nah but really why would I give up my soul to bring Jason back?! I won't be here to see him lol. Neron, Nekron, is there a Nekon somewhere?

  4. Nekon? Maybe that'll be the name of my morally ambiguous mage! HA!!! That's the third time tonight I've managed to work that into a post! I rule!!!

Well, remember, Neron would only be taking possession of Batman's soul upon his death. He'd still get to live out his life, but once it comes to an end, Batman's ass(and soul I guess)would belong to Neron. You have to wonder how, if at all, Bats was tempted by that offer. Of course, knowing the way Neron operates, he'd bring Jason back, and as he made his way over to Bruce the cave would fall on top of him or something!

  5. Lmao I was about to say how the hell do you keep adding that to each post. And I vote Nekon.

Or make Jason kill Bruce. Now Jason's back and Bruce is gone. Neron you cruel cruel SOB.

  6. Hmm, Nekon... That's not a half bad name for a morally ambiguous, nasty bastard of a mage...

Huh, maybe this was Neron's plan all along! Wow, that's some LONG term planning!

  7. I've honestly just grown fond of Morally ambiguous, nasty bastard of a mage myself.

Yeah, Neron's a real Jerk. I bet that wasn't even Darkseid, it was just Neron in a Darkseid costume.

  8. Ha, that would have made Final Crisis SO awesome! Darksiei blasts Bats with the Omega Effect, and then he reaches back and pulls off his Darkseid mask revealing Nekron, and he's like, "HA-HA, fooled all of you bitches!!!", and then he disappears, and the mini-series ends. If nothing else, that would prove our theory that Grant Morrison is indeed insane beyond a shadow of a doubt!
