I think Caballeros means something like gentlemen(although my español is a bit rusty). So they'd be the Young Gentlemen, which doesn't sound nearly as awesome as Young Caballeros! As for the villain... Ya got me! She was just one of those throwaway villains I think. You know, she was there for like 3 pages and then she never showed up again.
