  1. SNIKT! Is there any more terrifying sound than that? I guess the sound of it going through your abdomen?

  2. Yeah, they really needed a sound effect for the claws going through Mags skin... Something good and gory...

  4. "Splork"? Hmm, yeah that would do nicely I think...

Splork actually sounds like a fork going into someone's eye... Umm, not that I've ever heard that sound or anything...

  6. I remember being so confused a few months after this issue came out. I completely thought Wolverine had killed Magneto here, but then he turned up alive and well in Genosha, only to be seemingly killed by the wave of genocidal Sentinels. It seems like writers are always trying to kill Magneto, but that Marvel editorial just doesn't want him to die and keeps bringing him back.

  7. You're absolutely right Marc, after you finish this storyline off, you're left with the feeling that Magneto was indeed dead at Wolvie's hands(or claws I guess). Then it turns out he was paralyzed(or something)before he was "killed" by the Sentinels. Off the top of my head, I can distinctly recall four deaths for Magneto over the past 19 years(since X-Men #3)... That's pretty crazy, even by comic book standards...
